Privacy Policy — Plinko Merge Drop Balls Puzzle

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Plinko Merge Drop Balls Puzzle ("we", "our", "the app") is a casual idle game where you crush falling objects with rollers and upgrade your machine. It is for entertainment only — there is no real-money gambling of any kind. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

The app collects the following types of data:

2. Data Storage

All game data (progress, upgrades, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your game progress to external servers.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases (ball packs, a remove-ads option, and starter packs). All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information directly.

4. Local Notifications

With your permission, the app may send local reminders on your device (for example, "come back and keep dropping balls"). These notifications are scheduled and shown locally; no personal data leaves your device for this purpose. You can disable them in your device's notification settings.

5. Third-Party Services

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with third-party services as described above, and advertising data is shared in accordance with your consent choices (see section 8).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data, including progress and settings.

8. Advertising

The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob: a banner, full-screen interstitial ads (for example on level-up), and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus. To serve, personalize, and measure these ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:

Google's current list of ad technology providers is available here.

8.1 GDPR Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the first time you open the app we display a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) asking whether you allow personalized advertising, only non-personalized advertising, or no data sharing with ad partners beyond what is strictly necessary. We respect your choice.

8.2 Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, before your IDFA can be used for cross-app tracking, iOS shows a system dialog asking whether you allow tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you deny tracking, ads will still be shown but will be non-personalized.

8.3 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

9. Children's Privacy

The app is rated for general audiences but is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our ad requests are configured so that AdMob does not treat traffic from this app as directed to children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or on this page.
