Triple Merge

            Summary: Triple Merge is a single-player puzzle game. We do not collect personal information. Game progress is stored only on your device. The only network traffic happens through Apple's and Google's stores when you make an in-app purchase.
        

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Triple Merge ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application available on iOS and Android.

The App is developed and published by Khralz ("the Developer").

2. Information We Collect

We collect a minimal amount of technical data to operate the App. Specifically:

Local game progress — current board state, score, best score, lives counter, powerup inventory, settings (sound, music, vibration, language). Stored on your device only; not transmitted to us.
Store transaction receipts — when you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google handles the transaction and returns a receipt to the App. We do not see your payment information.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contacts, photos, files, location, microphone, camera, advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID), or any anonymous device identifier on our servers.

3. Local Game Data

All gameplay progress (board, score, lives, powerup counts, settings) is stored locally on your device in the App's private storage area. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not associated with your identity
Is deleted when you uninstall the App

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases of additional lives, unlimited lives, or powerup packs (bombs, robot bombs) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive, store, or process any payment information (card number, billing address, etc.). Refunds are governed by the Apple and Google store policies.

Purchased items are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value outside the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. The App does not contain advertising, social features, location services, or any data-collection mechanism that could target minors.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

Apple App Store / Google Play in-app billing — used to process in-app purchases. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to these transactions.

The App does not integrate: Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, advertising networks, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or any other attribution / behavioral-tracking SDK.

7. Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

Internet — required only to process in-app purchases through the store.
Vibration (Android) — for haptic feedback during gameplay. Can be disabled in App Settings.

The App does not request: notifications, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or storage outside its private sandbox.

8. Data Security

Local game data is protected by your device's operating-system sandbox. Since we do not store personal data on our own servers, the data we hold cannot be breached on our side. Store-transaction traffic is sent over HTTPS by the operating system.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and similar regulations:

Right of access: all data is on your device; open the App's local storage or your device's settings to inspect it.
Right of erasure: uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.

Because we do not store personal data on our own servers, all rights can be exercised directly on your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
