This Privacy Policy describes how Video Poker Trainer (the "App", bundle ID com.khralz.videopoker) handles user information. The App is published by Ivan Al Zeidi, an individual developer based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "the developer").
The App saves your in-game progress (virtual coins, settings, daily quest state, theme preference, language) to local device storage. This data never leaves your device. It is removed automatically when you uninstall the App.
On first launch, the App generates a random UUID (app_instance_id) and stores it locally. This identifier is sent only to Google Firebase Remote Config when the App fetches game configuration updates (e.g. balancing tweaks). It is not linked to your name, email, device, advertising ID, or any other personal attribute, and we do not use it to track you across sessions for any analytical or marketing purpose. It exists solely so Firebase can deliver consistent configuration to the same client.
The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (coins). Purchases are processed by:
We never receive your credit card, bank account, or billing address — that information stays with Apple, Google, and your payment processor.
If you opt in to notifications (you will be asked first), the App schedules reminders that fire locally on your device. No push tokens are sent to a remote server. You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings or the system Settings app.
The App integrates the following services. We share only the minimum data needed for each service to function:

The App does not contain real-money gambling — no virtual currency or item earned in the App can be cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged for real money or goods of monetary value.
Because we do not collect personally identifiable information and you have no account with us, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. To remove all locally stored game data, uninstall the App. The random app_instance_id stored on Firebase will become orphaned and cease to receive any data.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may contact us using the email below to inquire about, or request deletion of, any data we may hold related to your installation.
The random app_instance_id is retained by Firebase per Google's standard retention policy. We do not retain any other server-side records about you. Local data on your device is retained until you uninstall the App.
All network communication between the App and the services listed above is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS).
The App is operated from the United Arab Emirates. Third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) may process data in their respective server regions, including the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy frameworks.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
